Personalty What I find most upseting about Roe v. Wade was the utter ubsuderty of the Federal Employee’s edict with respect to any form of lawful authority.
As I have mentioned before Had they made such an edict when the Constitution was new they would have been dragged out off that bench and shot as attempted dictatorial traitors.
There is and was no Constitutional authority for the Federal Government to rob the people and their states of their right to protect the lives of their citizens.
This edict in every respect was crafted entirely upon the courts own ideology and justified(to themselves) upon a supposed unlimited legitimacy of their own power.
