So the deputy is going to travel 2 counties over to see the movie just cuz it’s on I-75? Not buying it.

Fact: The theater has ultra-comfortable seats, located on Interstate 75, offers senior AND matinee discounts, and membership perks.

Well, I was trying to keep you somewhat anonymous to the rest of the thread for your own benefit. So be it for you to step up. I will address you directly.

I have no interest in domestic fusion cells. I am much more acquainted and experienced with their purpose and function then you will ever be. Fusion Cells are are a war-fighting tool which have been used in Iraq and Afghanistan for intelligence gathering, dissemination and mission planning against a hostile insurgent force. If you think they are warranted in the US then you are a seriously SICK and untrustworthy traitor to the US Constitution, 150 years of USC and the ideals this nation was founded and prospered under (read: past tense).

Do you also approve of domestic spy drones and hellfire strikes? Would you similarly approve of your children piloting US domestic strike drones once they’re online?

Are you all for the militarization of US domestic police forces? Are you concerned that someone has to protect the elites against the scum?

Do you also approve of internal TSA and HSA transportation check points and travel permits?

Because if you can rationalize the need for an “Anti-Terrorist Fusion Cell” to be operating in the US at the level of the State Police you can and will justify the rest.

So tell me, how many incidents of “anti-terrorism” has your wife contributed to at the State Police Fusion Cell? How many terrorist apprehensions has her organization made since its inception? How many convictions resulted? What is the average length of incarceration sentencing? Most of all exactly what acts of “terrorism” has she defended us all from?

You sir are a traitor. You are either a fool or possessing a grossly corrupted and deformed soul.

The authority and strength you seek in the state is that which you lack in yourself.

I wondered why the deceased father stated he was texting his 3 year old daughter. Now we hear Lexi is 22 months old, ill, and he was apparently texting the sitter.

<><><><><><

I believe that it was simply reported that he was texting his 3 year old, as he was not available for interviews after the incident, being dead.

Eye witness statement that texting man claimed he was texting his 3 year old daughter. The same witness who caught the deceased when he collapsed in his lap after being shot.

You are incredibly dishonest. You have argued that the victim’s military service essentially ruled against him being a hothead, and that it was a statistical improbability that anyone coming out of the military could be unstable. That is an untenable argument. I countered your statement by reminding you of Mr. Nidal Hassam, an Arabic Islamic U.S. military officer who fired upon and executed many unarmed troops at a U.S. military base in a fit of jihadist rage. In your next post defending against my comments further, you very conveniently FORGOT that you had argued this point against me in your earlier post. And then you have the gall to pretend not to know what the attack I mentioned has to do with the theater shooting? It has to do with your comments! It is proof that your premise about ex military people being essentially stable and not hot heads is bunk and garbage, that’s what it has to do with!

OMG...LOL....I suggest you increase your Lithium or Thorazine buddy. Let me see if I can get through this complete emotional drivel.

If you think they are warranted in the US then you are a seriously SICK I don't. But its the law, just like NFA, GCA, FOPA. Unconstitutional, but the law.

Do you also approve of domestic spy drones and hellfire strikes? No....and quit being a dramatic little girl.

Would you similarly approve of your children piloting US domestic strike drones once they’re online?Yes, but only if they are targeting Dearborne, MI ;)

Are you all for the militarization of US domestic police forces? No. I want to play with all they toys they have and have to spend $4k/year for my FFL 07/02 and ITAR fees.

Are you concerned that someone has to protect the elites against the scum? Everyone has a right to protection, hence the 2nd Amendment

Do you also approve of internal TSA and HSA transportation check points and travel permits? No. What the hell does this have to do with the article? Like I said, up your dosage man.

Because if you can rationalize the need for an “Anti-Terrorist Fusion Cell” to be operating in the US at the level of the State Police you can and will justify the rest.LOL! I never did justify it. You are projecting, and your inner paranoia is showing. Up your dosage.

So tell me, how many incidents of “anti-terrorism” has your wife contributed to at the State Police Fusion Cell? No comment. Moronic question.

How many terrorist apprehensions has her organization made since its inception? No comment.

How many convictions resulted?Unknown number. The most famous Carlos Bledsoe, Little Rock shooter.

What is the average length of incarceration sentencing? Life in prison, no parole.

Most of all exactly what acts of “terrorism” has she defended us all from?None of your damn business you paranoid weirdo.

You sir are a traitor. >You are either a fool or possessing a grossly corrupted and deformed soul.Rolling eyes. Sigh. I'll put my DD-214 up against yours any day buddy. I'm a medical discharged veteran that sacrificed alot for your dumb ass to post such insipid, emotional drivel.

The authority and strength you seek in the state is that which you lack in yourself.Facepalm.

In conclusion:

1) Thanks for the laugh! You really made my coffee taste better this morning knowing I got your panties in a wad.
2) Up your dosage of meds. Seriesly.
3) You need to ask the Mods to change your name to JustaBieber because you are so emotionally projecting it is actually VERY, VERY entertaining! See below:

Exactly, it was reported that the man stated that. We are having trouble enough figuring out who threw the popcorn, so these reports about the specifics of what he said are a bit less than definitive, don’t you think?

So we can forget about the judge and the jury. We don't need them anymore. Right?

After that retarded rant, I can't help but wonder which one are you, the judge or the jury?

By the same token, is there any chance that the shooter escalated the verbal battle prior to popcorn being thrown.

The bias apparent for some here that the shooter was just such a pleasant old guy, who really was oh so polite in asking for the texter to stop is not supported by any evidence whatsoever.

We know who started the verbal confrontation and it was not the texter. I don’t quite get the assumption that the texter was the one who escalated to the point where he got shot.

Well done, FiP, can I contact you later if we need some additional ‘facts’ made up on the spot? Cuz you seem very good at it.

I provided you the specific source for your "simply reported" claim that Oulson stated he was texting his 3 year old daughter. Apparently, it doesn't fit your agenda.

If you need to pick and choose which portions of the eyewitness accounts you will believe to suit your desired trial outcome, that is your prerogative in this forum. Just don't expect the rest of us to take your opinions seriously.

You seem a bit sensitive about this.

You’re all jacked up over your confusion about this 22 month vs 3 year old thing, which may be one of the least significant details of the entire story. It has exactly zero bearing on what transpired that day, unless you think the guy was shot for lying about the age of his daughter.

I apologize for pointing out that your ‘quote’ was not a quote at all, but an eyewitness report. YOu do get that there is a difference, right?

He allegedly went to find a manager but didn’t find one. Theatre staff said that he never contacted them. Specualation is that he went to his vehicle to get the gun.

“It was a couple of words. No threats. No harm. No nothing,” Nicole Oulson said on ABC.

“We’re both very respectful when the movie is on, that we put our phones away, so he took a couple of seconds just to check the phone to make sure there were no messages about our daughter.”

You have argued that the victim’s military service essentially ruled against him being a hothead, and that it was a statistical improbability that anyone coming out of the military could be unstable. That is an untenable argument.

Less tenable than your position that his military experience likely made him into an unstable hot-head with problems with authority figure? I think not.

I countered your statement by reminding you of Mr. Nidal Hassam, an Arabic Islamic U.S. military officer who fired upon and executed many unarmed troops at a U.S. military base in a fit of jihadist rage.

So it's your position that most officers in the military are likely to go off and shoot up their command at the drop of a hat? I would think it more likely that the overwhelming majority are stable, disciplined, controlled individuals who are no danger to anyone. But that's just me.

No confusion here:
"Reeves and his wife were sitting behind Oulson and his wife. Oulson told Reeves that he was texting with his 3-year-old daughter," Cummings said.

If you feel this is one of the least significant details of the entire story, why do you also feel the need to persistently dispute the discrepancy?

Cummings remembers Reeves kicking the seat in front of him.

“He was agitated,” Cummings said.
