Ah, the “Some Freeper Who Named A Person” reference. Please do ping me, as I’m also curious about what this “rich person’s” agenda is that they’re making Glenn follow. Certainly “Some Freeper” included a link for that. Thanks.

Jane, in all of the years of posting here and donating in every thon Jim has held, no one... no one has ever found me posting an untruth. I have made mistakes but I correct them and if needed... apologize. I do not appreciate your smarminess.

I saw two posts concerning this but I only had time to dig one up. I have to work today and if you are truly interested you can research into who is partnering in the Blaze network. I do believe that this might be a reasonable answer as to why beck has changed so much recently.

I think it’s the elder Huntsman, whom Beck considers a genius. He hates the TEA party, saw him on with Cavuto last fall in the runup to the shut down. He is embittered by his son going down in flames in the 2012 Republican primaries, after having been deemed by the media back in ‘09 as the one Republican to have a chance to unseat Obama in ‘12. He was “so dangerous” that Obama appointed him ambassador to China to get him out of the way, supposedly. No doubt the old man was flattered. Then the TEA party happened and it disproved the Frum hypothesis that the Republicans would have to shift left. So now, Beck in financial straits needs the old co-religionist with mega bucks to throw him a life line. Suddenly Beck is apologetic about having helped “tear the country apart.” Old man Huntsman’s paying for that microphone and he’s writing the scripts, that’s my take on it.

I agree. Huntsman is writing the scripts. Beck used the Tea Party and now calls anyone who disagrees with gay marriage hateful.

The only reason, I’m against gay marriage is because they will now have the right to adopt. I don’t think that is right. I could care less if two men or women live together, but I absolutely don’t want to allow them to adopt and bring children up in their lifestyle. I guess according to Beck that makes me hateful.

Glenn Beck and Mercury One partner with Huntsman Cancer Foundation at 5K Race

DALLAS-—Glenn Beck and Mercury One partner with the Huntsman Cancer Foundation through Walk for Hope––a fun, family-friendly 5K walk/run on Saturday, July 6. The race will raise awareness for the Huntsman Cancer Foundation and mark Mercury One’s second annual “Day of Service” in which they give back to the community.

Mercury One has partnered with the Huntsman Cancer Foundation because we share similar missions: to inspire, organize and mobilize individuals to improve the human condition physically, emotionally and spiritually with malice towards none and charity for all. Huntsman Cancer Foundation reflects this mission through continuing cancer research, improving cancer treatments for patients and providing education about cancer risks and prevention.

LEFT: Glenn Beck will perform at Huntsman Springs on the Fourth of July.

David Huntsman, one of three partners in the Huntsman Springs development, confirmed Tuesday that nationally-acclaimed radio and television political pundit Glenn Beck will be headlining the July Fourth weekend celebrations in Teton Valley.

“We’re excited to have him and he’s excited to be here,” Huntsman said.

Beck’s “The Glenn Beck Program,” three-hour radio program is currently America’s third highest-rated national talk show. As the newest member of the Fox News Channel, he recently launched his television program aptly titled “Glenn Beck.”

Beck a political pundit who champions conservative opinions and challenges current liberal and Democratic leaders, finds popularity through his often faith-based opinion.

Huntsman said Beck will be speaking on the evening of July 3 after a performance by the BYU-Idaho Symphony Orchestra at the driving range on the development’s grounds on the west side of the valley in Driggs. The event will be free and open to the public.

Huntsman said that Beck’s performance as planned will be “non-political” and that Beck, who has been to Huntsman Springs on several occasions, wanted to celebrate the Fourth of July in a small town. Huntsman said Beck has spent Fourth of Julys in Provo, Utah and that the avid fisherman, “loves Idaho,” and is looking forward to his valley visit.

According to Beck’s web site, www.glennbeck.com, he is scheduled to tour Salt Lake City on July 17. Premiere Speakers Bureau, the company that books speaking engagements for Beck, could not confirm Beck’s Teton Valley visit and an inquiry to Beck’s web site was not immediately returned. Huntsman said that he is uncertain for how long Beck will be in the valley.
