Look at the vote map of the state, and you will very clearly see that Zero was coronated the second time by Cleveland, Columbus, and Cincinnati, with an assist from Dayton and Toledo. The rest of the state is solidly conservative.
This issue can best be addressed by splitting up the state into three new states. Same for the other “swing” states you mention, and a lot of the others, too.
Gerrymandering of congressional districts was implemented so blacks could get elected by blacks. Of course it ended up with democrats getting elected by blacks. We need to gerrymander some districts so whites can get elected by whites.
