I did my famous “No plow ridge or drifted snow is gonna keep this car outta the garage!” run up the driveway after work.....(took 2 attempts) ;-) I made it...and I will be damned if Im gonna go out and shovel...since the wind is 45-50 MPH and Im gonna get drifted in again......GAWD I love winter!!!!!! (Best winter sport ever, used to be taking the old standard transmission ‘64 Rambler, and my girlfriends 56 Cadillac AKA “The Bullet”, and do cats asses on the ice in the park........I miss those days when people could be amused by things like that, and not even need a cell phone ;-)
been in bed all day...got 2 bouts of good sleep....woke up last nite at 1:30 freezing............flat out shakin
then went to bed in my hoodie.....woke up soaked....t shirt...hoodie and sheets...............

Stay inside where it’s warm; the damned white stuff will melt, eventually. 8-9” is just a minor inconvenience, compared to the 32”, 38” & 42” etc snowfalls we’ve had over recent years. No biggie.
‘64 Rambler American with the fold-down-flat seats; the drive-in dream car! LOL.
If I were to do it all over again and not be a cheap arse I would have bought the walk behind.
