Yup. The congress needs to end this unconstitutional bureaucratic law-making business. This is the equivalent of the congress ceding its legislative power to the executive branch. It’s an invitation to tyranny. And Obama’s taking maximum advantage of it. If the congress cannot or will not end it, then the states must step in. This practice is depriving the states of their constitutionally guaranteed right to a republican form of government. It’s establishing an all powerful central government, ie, a strongman dictatorship.
