Beg to differ. Our technological advances are not nearly enough to make up for even a fraction of the decaying world and social mess we are trapped in. We need a thousand times more technological advances before that happens.
Two separate issues. They may be “printing” human organs before 2015 gets here. That’s almost a miracle, or do you disagree?

Nope, still not good enough for me, it is an improvement, but we still need even more technological advances before it can make up for the decaying and soul crushing times we live in.
And every innovation, however odd or frivolous, gets us that much farther ahead.
