Well I did not know this forum required the use of proper English. I would guess using the acronym BTW is not proper English, but just like the acronym FU, we all know what it means. ;)

oh, which Democrat MN Senator turned Democrat MN Governor is a “Target” family heir? Would that be Sen/Gov Mark Dayton (D-MN)?

LOL! The wording from target is great, putting such a positive spin on such a horrible event (the loss of insurance). As the Axis retreated from the Soviet Union, they would refer to it as “strategic shortening of lines”...
That aspect of “insurance” has been devolving for years!
Companies WILL ditch even offering their employees the option of spouse/family coverage.
Government employees will still be offered the family option.
I'm not certain when or even if, it ever kicks in, that government employees will have to live under the same government mandated requirements/plans that NGEs(non-government employees) are going to be forced to deal with...after the next elections.
