I would suspect that is not the lead contained in a pencil either. I know innocent lives were lost at that theatre, but as I recall, I don't think they let any terrorists survive.
They pumped fentanyl into the theatre, putting everybody to sleep while agitating the Chechnyan Black Widows such that they didn’t realize they were getting verrrrry sleepy until they conked out. They’ve probably got them deep underground somewhere.
