Look at the date: 11/20/63; just 2 days before JFK was murdered. I would be 13 on Dec 2, but Kennedy signed-off on my getting Eagle Rank at 12. His name/sig is at the bottom of the worn card, obscured by age, as Honorary BSA Chairman. Wish I’d have laminated the card 40yrs ago to preserve it. I’ve carried it every day since the award ceremony, to date.
