Unless I misread an earlier posting, this is untrue.
I believe her husband requested such an order, then withdrew the request before the judge ruled on it.
As conservatives, we ought to remember that we have Obama in the White House very largely because Jack Ryan's divorce and custody files were improperly released to drive him out of the IL Senate race, leaving Obama without an opponent.
If conservatism means anything, it ought to mean devotion to following the rules, ethical and legal, even when opponents do not.
