I think DeMint wants to have an answer in place to come back at the Democrats before election time rolls around. It must be a prep for an alternative fiscal approach that addresses the burdensome taxpayer cost of illegals, a jobs plan of sorts that tracks toward capitalism and away from socialism’s foothold.
