I have the utmost respect for a kid from the dregs of society, Compton, California. 70 years ago when my parents first moved to SoCal, it was a place no decent person wanted to live. Richard has taken what has been offered and used it very wisely. My gut tells me that he is an alright guy.
I’ll go with your gut, then, since I would prefer to believe it, that he is an upright guy. But I still believe he is encumbered by arrested development. Perhaps that’s a thing best counted as caused by where he grew up. or maybe I’m prejudiced against trash talkin’. It will interesting to see how he handles winning or losing in the Super Bowl.
