Its pretty hard to fly one of those even with gyros, let alone target and shoot.

The Quads are pretty stable.

I think opposing quadrant blades spin 180 out for stability.

All blades have independent thrust.

Fascinating.

re #15, my guess is that its an area denial sentry weapon.
Video overview connected to a remotely controlled shooting stick...in this case, I'd guess some sort of .50 cal rifle.
Mount and control from a comfy chair in the ops room.
