Obama is like a spoiled child. He refuses to take responsibility for anything. Nothing is ever his fault.
Every failure of his administration is either Bushes fault, the fault of racism or some other dishonest excuse.
The question is how many people are stupid enough to believe this.
Nothing is ever a liberal's fault.
