Why? They're dead. They don't need your prayers anymore.
Maybe because it makes me feel better. God can apply my prayers however he wants. I feel like he's turned his back on me anyway so it's just an old habit to pray.
That other business probably sounds looney tunes. I don't care. It happens so rarely, was tired, stressed, the mind can do funny things.
