It is not necessary to disparage everyone who disagrees with you. Her personal opinions may have been liberal, I don’t care. It appears from your screen name, however, that that may be your primary focus. But, in my opinion, her conduct in public showed a refreshing level of class, decor and respect for her position as First Lady and to the American people, unlike some other women who have held that position.

I do not even wish ill on Mrs Bush... I do not like her or what she stands for and I have absolutely no respect for her or any of her clan but GW. I respect him but I still do not like him. I did... I supported him to the maximum extent of the law... I worked and campaigned to elect and to reelect him. I have earned the right to feel as I do.
Even jimmah catah and his wife were "classy" compared to the trash infecting the White House today. The clintons and obamas... not much difference but skin color and the baggage that comes with that.

Telling people is OK. Too many lard-asses killing themselves one cheeseburger at a time. Using the force of govt to do it, on the other hand, is not OK. And it doesn't help when the First Lady's favorite food is deep fried salad.
I do not tolerate people who abuse animals, I do not tolerate people who abuse children, I do not tolerate people who continually lie and I do not tolerate people who think it’s okay to kill innocent babies. If you wish to tolerate those things, that is your choice.
I’m still trying to figure out what my screen name has to do with anything. My dog’s name at the time I signed up was Bean, therefore beandog. Simple.
From reading all your various postings, I believe I’m more tolerant of people and their opinions than you are. Not as nasty either.

Nice try but I never said I tolerated any of those things. Trying to insinuate that I might wish to, is not right. But there is a disparity between your first sentence and your last sentence. First, you say that you’re intolerant of all these things but then you turn right around and say that you are more tolerant than I am. Seems disingenuous.
Its hard to argue with your list of things you’re intolerant of, however. Its sorta of like saying you’re for babies, moms, apple pie and the American flag. No argument from me there.

Rita, sometimes I stay up way too late on the computer and may not be thinking clearly about things because I should be getting some sleep instead. A night’s sleep and a visit to church this morning helped me see things a little differently. I re-read my last response to you this morning and it was not very cordial. I apologize and I am sorry.
