Thanks for the video although it made me sick at heart. I’m lucky to live in a fairly small town (21,000) where the police have not yet gotten to that point. I grew up in a small mining town with two deputies and an elderly constable for 4,000 people. In the twenty three years I lived there, there was one shooting where the constable (a former Arizona Ranger) shot and killed three robbers as they came out shooting from the jewelry store. Alec was a good shot. The robbers were from Phoenix and chose Superior because of the lack of police.

There were plenty of nut cases, drunks and domestic situations but none required shooting. The lawmen had the respect of the community which they had earned.

Now, the very real threat of death is meant to keep us in fear of an often arbitrary police state. The scope of criminality is far greater to the extent that all of us are criminals but most don’t realize it. Crowd control overrules justice.

To Serve and Protect. Themselves that is. I won't bother to judge this shooting, but anyone can tell that these police officers are nothing more than cowards after they gun him down. They aren't going to get away with it with our Lord.

Drop the knife Ernie
