Jefferson had noted that the Founding States had made the 10th Amendment to clarify in general that the states had reserved government power to legislatively address religious issues uniquely to themselves, such power now limited by the 14th Amendment, regardless that the Founders had made the 1st Amendment in part to prohibit such powers entirely to Congress.
"3. Resolved that it is true as a general principle and is also expressly declared by one of the amendments to the constitution that the powers not delegated to the US. by the constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively or to the people: and that no power over the freedom of religion, freedom of speech, or freedom of the press being delegated to the US. by the constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, all lawful powers respecting the same did of right remain, & were reserved, to the states or the people: that thus was manifested their determination to retain to themselves the right of judging how far the licentiousness of speech and of the press may be abridged without lessening their useful freedom, and how far those abuses which cannot be separated from their use should be tolerated rather than the use be destroyed (emphasis added); " --Thomas Jefferson, Kentucky Resolutions, 1798.
So the interpretation of the establishment clause by activist justices is bogus where 10th Amendment-protected state powers are concerned imo.
I am no legal eagle, but is there not an opportunity for a lawsuit against this organisation based upon religious descrimination? After all, on their IRS Form 990, Part 1.1, they state that their mission is "to keep church and state separate and to educate the public about nontheism". What about Wiccan covens, Jewish synagogues, Muslim mosques, Budhist temples, etc? It seems to me that their efforts descriminate against one religion, Christianity. From what I understand, several school boards in several States fund Muslim schools and Jewish schools. Why have these 'upstanding secular citizens' chosen not to approach such schools? This shows a certain religious descrimination on their part.
In their letter to UW, they suggest that they are doing what they do not just for atheists, but for non-Christians. Again, it seems to me that this is descrimination, IF they are claiming to promote 'non-theism' but only go after Christianity.
Any good lawyers out there that could dose these folks with some of their own medicine? What is sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander!
EQUALITY would be putting an empty notepad in the drawer for all atheists.
REMOVING religious texts makes the no-god god DOMINATE.

Russia joins the European and world traditions according to which hotel guests have the opportunity to read the Bible in their rooms...
Protip for FFRF: The Gideons are not a government entity.
The University, our esteemed center of learning and intellectual exploration is in the book banning business. Nothing ironic about that....
Bible says this will happen, increased persecution etc.
This isn’t the battle, the battle is a far larger front.
We are at war, and there will be no end to it, as a matter of fact, it’s going to get far worse. The good news is the end result has already been determined and the good guys win.
Odd, isn't it? That they should be so afraid of a book?
If they don't want to read it, they don't have to.
So much for "choice" in this country.
