Lee beats out Rush Limbaugh on the magazine's list of the 10 celebrities with influence, thanks to his role as co-creator of the Marvel Universe.

Funny!
The only reason anyone (mostly) knows anything about him, is because he is talked about on Big Bang Theory.
Stan Lee hasn’t “created” anything of note in at least 30 decades. Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko (who’s still alive) were CO-creators (and the artists behind the works as well).
The company almost went bankrupt when Bill Clinton’s pal at Revlon bought it out in the 1990s and tried to monopolize distribution (bought the leading distributor) and flooded the market with “buy it now” trendy covers. Retailers had to accept full publishing inventory of titles in order to receive the competative discount on pricing.
The same rat bastard paid off Monica Lewinsky when she was having to lie under oath (she had a six figure salary but no skills).
Stan Lee has his own Clinton scandals associated with Hillary Clinton.
This is just a load of bunk.
Was that him or Mickey Spillane?
Limbaugh makes movies?
3 decades or thirty years.
I’m not crazy, my mother had me tested.
Yeah, I’ve never heard of him. His real name must be Stanley Lee. His parents must’ve been winners.
Love that scene......then the restraining order was as well.
I’ve never seen the show. the commercials show effeminate males pretending to be intelligent. the fag vibe comes thru even in the ads (ie: if you want to be smart, be an effeminate male). zero interest
Not that similar, although his Rush mailed newsletter in the 1990s was comic book like.
Here is the list:
1. Steven Spielberg
2. Oprah
3. George Lucas
4. Ron Howard
5. Martin Scorsese
6. Dr. Oz
7. Barbara Walters
8. Bono
9. Stan Lee
10. Rush
I always check to see if they served in the military so I can add them to my list of Celebrities In Uniform. Here’s the details about Lee:
Lee entered the United States Army in early 1942 and served stateside in the Signal Corps, writing manuals, training films, and slogans, and occasionally cartooning. His military classification, he says, was “playwright”; he adds that only nine men in the U.S. Army were given that title.
Stan Lee has been known long before Big Bang Theory... wait, he was on that show?
Rush is the token conservative.
Nice, you have never seen it, however know all about it.
There are no homosexuals caricatures on the show.
LOL! Ask Penny, Leonard, or Sheldon.
He created Spider-Man, Hulk, and a bunch of the super heroes of the Marvel universe
Stanley Leiber is his real name.
Not quite.
