Blame everything on others (especially your predecessors), propose meaningless and vague bureaucratic “fixes”, and then claim credit for righting a wrong. Same old formula every time.

BUSH’S FAULT.
Yep, Bush’s fault. Many of the excesses were purged prior to when Obama took office. However, things have become much more complicated now.
But for G. W. Bush and the Patriot act....... Obama made this worse but he does not own its origins. The Republicans do and they remain among the staunchest defenders ( I give you peter king , lady gramnesty, mclame and on and on.)
