~* IN MEMORIAM DAVID SWENINGSEN *~

Long time FReeper "Bruinbirdman", aka bbm. David Keith Sweningsen, passed away on June 9, 2013, in Las Vegas. bbm was a veteran and a patriot, and a prolific poster on Free Republic. Please post your memories of Bruinbirdman on this thread. He was a long time donor to Free Republic, and I'm sure any donation, large or small in his name would be greatly appreciated.

May he rest in peace. My sincere condolences to his family and friends. Cincinna

WOW! I haven’t checked the FReeper memorial wall in quite some time…maybe a couple of years. Thanks for posting. Dave and I were going to get together one day when I visited my sister in Kingman, AZ. We exchanged phone numbers and I hadn’t been out there in a couple of years, so it never materialized. He welcomed me to his place whenever I was in town. SHEESH…my condolences to Dave’s family and friends. I’m sorry that I never met Dave in person. What a great FRiend.

love

R.I.P., sir. Thanks, Dave.
