Well,you see...a hospital ER has a couple of advantages over a cop when facing such a situation.
1)They have a least several big,burly (male) nurses and nurses aides.
2) They have leather restraints that can be placed on the wrists,the ankles and the torso.
3) They have drugs so powerful and so fast acting that they can bring a charging rhino (the four legged kind,not Juan McLame) to its knees before you can say "nighty-night".
Sorry but the last part of that is just nonsense. What do you think we have in the ER Succinylcholine Dart guns? Man I wish, I’ve had occasion to use one on more then 1 occasion.
