Good for David Limbaugh, he didn't hold back on the imperial president.

Congress does nothing about it.
Republicans do nothing about it.
The word is: COMPLICITY.

Why not? Repubs huff and puff but do nothing. You can be sure if it was a Repub president doing these things, a Dem congress would be starting the impeachment process.

Did anyone really expect anything but fawning compliance from the republican “leadership”? They just want to get to play committee chairman for a few years and rake in the swag while the country continues down the road to hell. Putting party above country is not just a rat problem.

Recall that Bukharin described Stalin as “Genghis Khan with a telephone.” Uncle Joe’s disciple Barry O’Hussein appears cut from the same cloth.

Time to close the purse. The republicans should have denied him the last debt ceiling increase. Now they are too weak to deny him the next, and the election looms.

And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if...We didn't love freedom enough. And even more we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.

I'll tell you why: Liberals are more concerned about whether leftist foreign governments like us than they are about whether a president is acting within the scope of his constitutional authority. David, David, David. Please.
These elaborations of thought serve no purpose except to confuse ourselves.
The reality is, those guys are Progs -- Neostalinists, hardcore, completely false outside their cell meetings.
Our FRiend is right: "Complicity" is the word. It isn't confusion, it isn't misplaced priorities or bumfuddled good intentions. It's premeditated evil, cooked up and plotted out and prepared for lo, these 100 years, and now they are well into the implementation phase.
