Security expert -- and once the world's most-wanted cyber criminal -- Kevin Mitnick submitted a scathing criticism to a House panel Thursday of ObamaCare's Healthcare.gov website, calling the protections built into the site "shameful" and "minimal."

In a letter submitted as testimony to the House Science, Space and Technology Committee, Mitnick wrote: "It's shameful the team that built the Healthcare.gov site implemented minimal, if any, security best practices to mitigate the significant risk of a system compromise."

Too bad you can’t sue the feds like Target. Then the feds would take it seriously instead of lying to everyone.

U.S. government failed to secure Obamacare site: experts

“...The site is fundamentally flawed in ways that make it dangerous to people who use it,” said Kevin Johnson, one of the experts who reviewed Kennedy's findings.

Johnson said that one of the most troubling issues was that a hacker could upload malicious code to the site, then attack other HealthCare.gov users.

“You can take control of their computers,” said Johnson, chief executive of a firm known as Secure Ideas and a teacher at the non-profit SANS Institute, the world's biggest organization that trains and certifies cyber security professionals.

He declined to provide further details about that vulnerability, saying he was concerned the information could be used by malicious hackers to launch attacks.”

So now we have the government forcing people to use a website that subjects them to real security risks. The same government now puts spy software on citizens’ computers.

Seems to me the government is on the wrong side of the law.

If a private business had put up such a site the government would call it criminal.

When the government does it you have no recourse - no one is going to arrest the government.

... the protections built into the site "shameful" and "minimal."

It was all worth it, however. The Wookie's Princeton associate and fellow affimative actioner, in charge of the website's software, got to take home alot of loot from the taxpayers.

The healthcare.gov website was built by a company with a poor track record and without any open bidding. That the company is run a a friend of Michelle O who is also a Democrat donor is suspicious to say the least. The coding was farmed out to India and did not use the latest in web technology. Many web designers have said the cost was excessive especially when the poor performance is considered. The design of the healthcare.gov web site seems more like a political pay off that backfired.

My wife and I watched Greta interview this knowledgeable former hacker.

He didn’t mince any words in condemning the Obozocare site as broken and dangerous.

Ted Cruz was on also, and he didn’t mince any words re the rats in the Senate ignoring what is being done to their voters and how they are ignoring their voters being harmed by ObozoCare.

Of course the rat controlled mass MSM mediots will never cover the coming disaster to their dumb but innocent viewers, who used the ObamaCare site to put their data on.
