Impeachment sends a message that enough is enough...too much already. Even if not convicted the reputation and the flexibility of Obama and those around him that allowed and promoted these aberrations would be damaged. IMHO its always worth a try.

It will tie up the progression of any of his new policies. He might have to actually prepare himself for impeachment and that will destroy his free time.
