I remember the good old days when a “NOFORN” classification actually had some teeth and precluded ANY flavor of foreigner from having access to the information.
long gone, my FRiend. I’ve been in some places whose members only list could easily include this guys name. I was stunned back then... was told I was being paranoid (is it bad to be that kind of paranoid in those areas??)
