I take issue with your assertion. In McCain’s case, the candidate HIMSELF was firmly in the Obama camp. Don’t forget his famous assurance: “You have nothing to fear from an Obama Presidency”. He said that DURING HIS CAMPAIGN.

I remember that well. When needed a fighter we were handed McCain and he ham strung and helped to discredit his own VP pick.
We need a fighter like Cruz to undo some of the damage to our liberties.

I agree McCain just helped.However, he was in line with his advisors who assured him any perceived attack on Obama would be called racism. He was going to be attacked anyway, so why not tell the truth.

Of course, McCain saw no trouble in agreeing with Teddy K. He was just a really bad candidate.

Now the GOPe and media are trying to give us Christie, while at the same time tearing him down about bridgegate.

I don't care about bridgegate--I DO care bout Benghazi, IRS, and other Obama scandals.
