After only one short season, Senator John McCain's daughter Meghan saw the cancellation of her reality show, Raising McCain. However, on the heels of that cancellation, the Pivot Network has now announced that McCain will host a midnight political talk show.
McCain's reality show debuted in September but apparently is already done.
Despite the personal appeal of its star to liberals, Raising McCain was widely panned by reviewers. In fact, it was mocked outright. The show was said to be plumbing "new depths of irritation" and was a "caricature of youth political engagement." One reviewer even pointedly said that the show proved Meghan McCain "had nothing to say."

Isn’t that the truth. I never knew she had a show until I read this thread about it being cancelled. Seems like somebody is jealous of all her Hollywood friends with real acting jobs (for what that’s worth).

Because her leftist backers like using limelight hogs like her and her old man to poke conswrvatives in the eye. Only, (I hope) we have too much sense to pay any attemtion to her. Of only we could ignore her old man, instead of seeing the debacle of him being yet again re-elected. If Cochran gets re-elected in my state, any offended Arizonians (?) are welcome to snark about it, Mississippi will have it coming.

Hmmm-it occurs to me-television show backers generally don’t like losing money on losers-wonder if she begged Mummy and Daddy to please, pretty please buy her another teevee show after the first one flopped? Because her poor little ego was bruised?
And considering her non-stop seeking of the limelight, I dare McCain to say something about his daughter being “off-limits” now.
