...the Fair Tax (for all its warts) would be a far better plan than the current Communistic (and, IMHO, Unconstitutional [IE: 4th, 5th, 13th, 14th, etc.]). If you think the WOD was bad, you ain't seen nothing until we get the IRS sticking its nose into every transaction to collect the FareTax because of the size of the resulting black market.

Sorry, the major points of the Fair Tax is the abolition of the 16th AND the IRS. Again, I fail to see your ‘issue’.
