That’s not the only thing of course. There would then be a special session to enact supplementary law that would require accountability on the part of those who egregiously abuse the law, including continuing to carry on egregiously abusive lawsuits. Call it blowing a whistle on false whistle blowers.

The opposition would have folded, even that in progress.

I am not here to pan Sarah for failing to go to the mat like that with metal studs on her boxing gloves... but I would want her to remember that if God brings her to something, God will bring her through it.

He did see her through it. The law was meant to hold dishonest politicians to account. She didn’t use her position or authority and she still circumvented the Dems. As she said, she’d already done everything that she promised.

...”I would want her to remember that if God brings her to something, God will bring her through it”....

I have no doubt Sarah Palin knows fully the power and care of God in her life and that of her family. He does give us wisdom though, to make ‘decisions’ best for our family and within His perfect will, Sarah did just that when she opted out of running. He may lead us to an open door, and with all the hooplah, but an open door does not mean we are to enter.
