I really, really wish people would stop adding -gate as a suffix to every political event to indicate a scandal. It isn’t very clever.

I think Christie would rather add a donut to this scandal. How about calling it BridgeDonut, instead?

Yeah, but it would have been cool if this had happened in San Francisco. Would it be Golden Gate-gate or just Golden Gate?

I agree. We don’t need any more “gates”.

A scandal is a scandal is a scandal.........As Rush says, words have meaning.

I agree. The new 'suffix' should be 'ghazi'. How about 'Bridgeghazi'?
