Heh. Got in a heated argument with a FReeper (!) because he thought Congress should make so-called à la carte channel selection the law [THE LAW, I TELL YOU!].
He just could not understand my resistance to that when it was obviously such a good idea. That's where we are now. If you favor something, then government should do it, by golly.
I think the internet is what is going to make it possible for us to pay for the channels we like and not the others
