I suggest you get all your facts in order before pontificating - you sound like a liberal when you base your response on only some of the facts (or on the facts that you choose).
Luttrell was in several interviews and said repeatedly that the movie was ACCURATE.
In the movie, it was HE WHO INSISTED on freeing the Taliban. The failed comms were only part of the problem. His decision making was the main issue.
Get a clue. Jut because someone wears the uniform does not mean they are above criticism. His mistake cost 19 live that day.
