WTF are you smoking? He is the one who insisted that enemies be cut loose an allowed to walk down the mountain so they could get other soldiers to come back for an attack.
Luttrell was the one who caused this disaster. Just because one wears the uniform does not mean they are above criticism.

I suggest you get all your facts in order before pontificating - you sound like a liberal when you base your response on only some of the facts (or on the facts that you choose).
In case you're interested, the REAL reasons the mission went wrong are because they lost communications and because their backup wasn't readily available. And, they lost communications and their backup wasn't readily available because it was during a time when the military was trying to shuffle troops to Iraq and the assets were stretched!
