SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — A California lawmaker wants to use a state version of the Affordable Care Act to provide health care access to immigrants who are in the state illegally.
Sen. Ricardo Lara, D-Bell Gardens, said if the goal of the federal health care law is to provide coverage to the uninsured, then immigration status should be irrelevant.

I have said it before here. The Dems are inviting their own "fundamental transformation" by crap like this. Amnesty would indeed assure democrat victories all across the country but would give the foreign invaders a seat at the national table of politics.
Electoral victories by Dems will be displaced by electoral victories of South-of-the-Border (SOB) democrats. And it will be their (SOB's) party now. Bye-bye Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson - no love lost there. And corruption and vicious politics will be elevated so high that it would give Nancy Pelosi vertigo. Then the word will get out to all the lands that the USA is prime for looting. Amnesty II, III and IV will follow. A primeval race to the bottom.

When your health benefits are cut, and when your grandmom and grandpop can’t get that knee transplant or heart surgery they WORKED FOR AND PAID FOR, when your PERSONAL premiums go UP, those hidden taxes kick in, and your OWN benefits are cut, THIS IS WHY ITS BEING DONE. To provide medical coverage for illegal invaders, unemployed pot heads and welfare cheats.
