That’s the first thing I thought of.
He died 8 years ago. I’m glad they have stopped torturing him. I’m afraid for Israel - they need a new generation of warriers with spines to rise up after Netanyahu - but unfortunately they are going the way of the US - metrosexuals with no morals or spine....
Good job Ari, may God welcome you.
During the fighting he was ordered to retreat but never received the message due to his radio having failed. That was what kept him in the front lines for days on end.
Finally, he could tolerate it no more and with every last ounce of strength crawled away in search of water, food. He finally happened upon a small pool of blood having accumulated from his now dead fellow soldiers after draining downhill and in which he dived into quenching his thirst and in the process somehow managing to survive.
And then, in telling the reporter the harrowing story of how against all odds he managed to survive said, "And now my enemies will say, I drink blood, too."
It is a Jewish religious law, tradition to marry your wife’s sister in the aftermath of your wife’s death.
Rest in Peace, Sir!
When will the flags be directed to fly at half staff as with Mandela?
Now here’s a funeral Cruz should really attend.
While he was a great American & a great President, Reagan gave us George HW Bush and the 1986 amnesty.
And you can bet that our flag won’t be lowered to half staff for 10 days for Ariel Sharon as it wasn’t for Margaret Thatcher. That tells me everything I need to know about Obama.
..........I dis-agree! That Bro will not miss a chance to take a very long ride on AF1 and play the bigshot all the time not having a clue as to the depths of HATRED for his sorry ass among tens of millions of Americans.
Barukh atah Adonai Eloheinu melekh ha’olam, dayan ha-emet.
Thanks blueyon.
Prayers for Israel.

For Immediate Release

Statement by the President on the Passing of Ariel Sharon
On behalf of the American people, Michelle and I send our deepest condolences to the family of former Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon and to the people of Israel on the loss of a leader who dedicated his life to the State of Israel. We reaffirm our unshakable commitment to Israels security and our appreciation for the enduring friendship between our two countries and our two peoples. We continue to strive for lasting peace and security for the people of Israel, including through our commitment to the goal of two states living side-by-side in peace and security. As Israel says goodbye to Prime Minister Sharon, we join with the Israeli people in honoring his commitment to his country.
As a general and defense minister, he was a George S. Patton all the way.
In the Yom Kippur War (1973) he cut right through the middle of the Egyptian attack and cut off their army on the southern flank.
His tanks could have gone all the way to Cairo.
In the early 80’s he masterminded the offensive into Lebanon that cornered Arafat and his PLO terrorists on the Beirut waterfront.
Unfortunately, Ronald Reagan, yes Ronald Reagan, wouldn’t let him finish the job. Dan Rather was showing too many civilian casualties on the evening news.
The way things are going in Israel, I would expect Sharon to be turning over once he reaches his grave.
MAN he was such bad****
Great leader and general.
I doubt Obama be to funeral reason is Ariel is Jew you know Obama don’t get along with jew
He may send Jimmy Carter to spite Sharon family
May he rest in peace and may God comfort his family and watch over Israel.
