There was a state road sign on the campus of the University of Georgia I really wanted to steal. It said “DAED END”.
I resisted the urge to sin. But I’ve always kinda wished I’d taken it. Especially since they replaced it after I mentioned it in the local paper.
Our local junior college is I.C.C. (Illinois Central College). The state highway department put up a sign pointing to “I.C.C. College”.
It was up for a couple of weeks and many pictures taken of it before the highway dept. replaced it.
Idiots.
