OK, so black and Hispanic students, due to their race, cannot get to class on time, are more likely to mess with their cell phone than pay attention, are more likely to be insubordinate and act out, and can't seem to dress appropriately.

Long gone are the days when we were told to “Bend over and grab your ankles.”
I know you probably meant this in jest, but after I thought about it I wouldn't be surprised if this is the real intent. Exempting blacks and hispanics from discipline in school is the "foot in the door" to an expanded policy of quotas for the judiciary. You can't start a serious riot without some serious rioters.
The black truants can hold a lottery for who gets punished.
Or they could play Rochambeau.

I’ve mentioned elsewhere here on Free Republic that more and more our own Federal Government is trying to “push” us into a situation where CW II or martial law occurs.
I see this as just another “push” only this one is aimed directly at our children. Consider what will occur when the father/mother has been laid off, refused assistance because they are too ‘white’. Can’t find a job, the food is running low and the landlord has eviction papers nailed to the front door and then... Their son/daughter is ‘knockout gamed’ into the hospital and might have brain damage.
All of the buttons have been pushed... It’s time for the parent to ‘lose it’ and go hunting...
Just what the DOJ and the Feds want, either someone to make into an ‘example’ or for race riots to break out in response.

Minority students in class are being
encouraged to talk back to their teachers
and to point to teachers’ inherent racism
as a reason for their incurring discipline.
The left (always racist) has continued
to push the case for outright race and
class warfare in order to bring down the
system and put themselves in the position
of absolute control in society.
“Each class should create a roster of white kids, and beat the living crap out of one of them every day. When the crackers have received their just punishment expel them, but only after they’ve run a gauntlet of happy, gentle, studious black kids. Schools that don’t have enough evil white kids can use Jews and orientals, or trouble making kids from India. `Beat them all until the black kids jump for joy.”
That bottom-lines the whole thing. They all hate MLK.
