To: Eric in the Ozarks

I wasn’t too far from that with some idiot in the Delta ticket line about 10 years ago. The line was not moving, they had several stations without passengers. God knows what the agents were doing, but it wasn’t helping customers. I complained to the guy managing the line, and he dropped the 9/11 line, as if more security measures had anything to do with piss poor customer service. I went ballistic. Not sure if those around me were cheering or rolling their eyes, but it sure was fun.

Nothwest Airlines ruled the roost for arrogance while I was a near-weekly air traveler. I've heard Delta has inherited this tendency.
