I remember a trip where we ran out of everything in our packs in the boundary waters except squeeze cheese and rye crackers. Yum.
When I wuz a kid, we were nearly out of our way in Algonquin Park and some camp peeps started up their kitchen to feed us some fried burgers. They tasted great after eating Chuck Wagon dehydrated foods for a week.
