No, she’s not the smartest, like Hillary </sarc>, though she is quite intelligent, nor the most articulate in that she doesn’t BS people, but she certainly knows how to cut right to the point.

Hillary has political savvy. I would rather have someone with the former. I think they can be trusted more to do the right thing for the right reason.
