I NEVER exceed the legally posted speed limit when carrying bombs in my car.
In Texas, you'd probably get stopped if you WERE driving the speed limit. Suspected DUI, or illegal, or up to other no good. If you aren't going about 10 miles over, you are going to attract attention.
Or drive around with expired tags if you have your dead wife in the trunk. (happened in a case I was involved in). The guy had over $50 in traffic tickets and expired tags so they said he had to go to the police station and pay the bond or the tickets and then he could leave but problem was, he couldn’t get his car to start. His battery was in his trunk and he started freaking out when the motor pool guy offered to jump start his car. LOL Cops got suspicious and popped the trunk. Opps.
It's a good thing Ill. is raising their highway speed limits to 70.

Where I live if you do drive the speed limit you draw MORE attention to yourself... just go with the flow...

The first rule of successful law-breaking is to break only a single law at a time.
For example, if you wish to speed, don’t carry bombs in your car, or if you wish to carry bombs in your car, don’t speed (or break any other moving vehicle rule),
