That might actually be a good thing for Conservatives. Most people don’t realize that California has some very strong conservative regions. However, these regions are gerrymandered to assure a liberal will be elected.
You would have to slice very carefully.
Didn’t Feinstein pull 63% last time?
That’s a solid majority of Dems statewide.
