People don’t stop to realize that an older worker may be a better employee, but with ObamaCare, the cost of insuring an older worker is much, much higher than a younger worker.
I neutralized that issue by having my own personal health insurance. Of course, the individual insurance plans have all but disappeared.
It’s not fair .. but whoever said the DEMOCRATS know how to play fair ..??

There have been several studies in the US and England that show old workers are much more productive and their generation is much more likely to have a good work ethic, e.g. many fewer days missed from work. Additionally, in retail and customer service, they will spend more time with a customer leading to more repeat business.
Unfortunately many in HR will just chuck the resumes into the circular file.
