Bogart?
A reference to a song from the sixties, wherein it was sung:
Don’t Bogart that Joint,
my friend.
Pass it over to me....
In other words, pass that smoke over rather than hogging the thing to yourself.
Bogart, in this use, means to keep the joint all to yourself.
