The Japanese needed two huge nuclear blasts and occupation before they decided to be civilized. I’m sure the American POW’s and the Chinese would love to hear your theories about how civilized the Japanese were. I'm talking about their interest in being part of the civilized world not how far they had come politically at the time. There is no such thing in Islam.
