William bratton shot himself in the foot when he agreed to be the police commisioner. He should gave said no to blasio when offered the position. Now his reputation is going to take a big hit.

Heck, even Dinkins will look good compared to this guy.

But he’ll be invited to all the fab parties in The Big Apple. Bratton loves rubbing elbows with the hoi poloi.

Listening to convicts isn’t an bad idea(it takes a thief to catch a thief) but I doubt an ubber liberal commie like DeBasio will come away with the right solution.....

The friendliest thing NYC’s new mayor can do for the criminals he likes so much is allow them to run rampant — which is exactly what the Democratic mayors of New York and other cities were doing before Rudolph Giuliani and other tough-on-crime mayors put an end to it.
The pre-Giuliani era featured 3,000 murders a year and other horrors, which the citizens of New York seem eager to bring back by voting to put an extreme soft-on-crime liberal in their mayor’s office. They’re unlikely to be disappointed.

I don't know why he would waste time listening to scum. And why he would be concerned with "making THEIR lives better". They forfeited that when they committed crimes. How about first being concerned with making the lives of law-abiding citizens better, jerk?

IF he would listen to cons as wether they'd rather break into an home with/without a armed homeowner and heed their opinions, he might have second thoughts on the 2nd amendment...
...But highly I doubt it.
