The original story said the safe had not been opened in 30 years.

The next day, my local paper ran the same story, but said it had not been opened in 20 years.

So now its 20 minutes?

“The safe was being used almost daily for depositing money ... used for salaries of embassy staff, for buying items for daily operations,” Fahel said. “Minister Malki had mistakenly spoken about a second safe ... that was empty and almost never used.”

30 years, 20 years, 20 minutes. Remember, the Arabs developed math/algebra, or so they claim.

That is why their claims that a million Palestinians, then 900,000, then 650,000 fled Israel when it was created.

If I handled my income tax deductions like that, I’d be in jail.

More like 60,000 and their love-child camels.

ANd remember, every time the Israelis retaliate against the Palestinians for their acts of terrorism, ONLY “women, children and old men” are killed”, some, from photos from Gaza, Lebanon and Syria, several times. Same words and claims by Radio Hanoi after a bombing raid or just a recon mission.

Reminds me of a Viet Cong/Hanoi propaganda broadcast/article by the “Liberation Press Agency, clandestine, in English to East Europe and the Far East 1545 GMT Jan. 13, 1971, (by Principal Reports) entitled as “Exploits of ‘Liberation Security Forces’ Given Top Billing in LPA Report”.

“They (the PLAF) wiped out or heavily trounced 18 battalions, 65 companies, and 15 ‘pacification’ teams. They also shot down or damaged 120 aircraft, sank or set ablaze 112 war vessels and combat launches, and destroyed 124 barracks and 18 weapons and fuel dumps.” (apparently only for Rach Gia Province in 1970).

“Besides, over 135,000 people in 320 ‘strategic hamlets’ rose up and together with the Liberation Armed Forces killed 500 enemy spies and thugs, destroyed 17 village puppet administrative offices, disbanded more than 2,150 ‘popular defense’ members and seized control of over 100 hamlets. Over 50,000 people penned up in concentration camps broke away and returned to their native villages.”

I was down that way. This didn’t happen.

Maybe the retired No. Vietnamese/VC propagandistas went to work for the Palestinians after the war.

At least Baghdad Bob retired and opened a Falafel stand in downtown Baghdad after his war. Amateur!
