Now he needs to start giving his thoughts to the jerks that run the PD’s in all our major cities.
One of my neighbors is a former Detroit cop. He says “Hallelujah, someone has seen the light.”
He told me about the “virtual precinct” crap meant that you might have 20 cops on duty for one shift and none on duty for the next 16 hours. When the precincts were open were traditionally the lowest crime hours.
